Echo

Both a dietitian and a nutritionist, Echo is an alpha editor and journalist for Wild n' Krazy who has been covering health, food, supplements, nutrients, and fitness for more than eleven-years. Although not an actual military veteran, Echo has conducted contract work under MARS as a nutritionist and fitness expert, training MARS' contractors before deployments. In her spare time, Echo writes and shares content related to food and fitness, while devouring rice and grilled chicken mixed with onions, tomatoes, and potatoes.
