Reproduction and-or publication by the Publisher of the Banner [including but not limited to any photographs contained in the Banner], and-or of any Materials supplied by the Advertiser[s] within the Banner, and-or the use by the Publisher of the Advertiser[s] logo and trade marks in the Banner, will not breach any contract, infringe any third party Intellectual Property Rights or other rights, render the Publisher liable to any proceedings whatsoever, and-or harm or detriment the reputation of the Publisher, and-or of any other companies.

Website administration—the Publisher—may, at any time, remove any or all of the Banners and-or other Materials belonging to an Advertiser from Wild n’ Krazy, which in the Publisher`s opinion, are unlawful or have been placed on Wild n’ Krazy in breach of this Agreement, or in the event of non-payment, or any other breach of the Agreement.

By placing advertisement on Wild n’ Krazy, the Advertiser[s] agrees or agree that all questions and complaints relating to a Banner and-or the Advertiser[s] are the sole and exclusive responsibility of the Advertiser[s]. Furthermore, the Advertiser[s] agrees or agree to indemnify the Publisher in respect of all costs, damages, or other charges falling upon the Publisher as the result of any complaints, legal actions, or threatened legal actions arising from the publication of any Banners, or any part of a Banner.

By placing advertisement on Wild n’ Krazy, the Advertiser[s] has or have sole and full responsibility for checking the accuracy of any Banner for errors, and for amending copy.

By placing advertisement on Wild n’ Krazy, the Advertiser[s] must report to the Publisher any suspected faults to the Service as soon as the suspected faults come to the Advertiser’s attention.

Understand that Krazee Ads, nor Wild n’ Krazy, does not sell or share Advertiser[s] emails, or any other personal information, with any company, business, brand, organization, or any other entity outside of Krazed Industries, a Limited Liability Company, which is the parent company to both Wild n’ Krazy and Krazee Ads. However, Krazee Ads does use PayPal as a merchant to charge and process all credit cards, so Advertiser[s] should read PayPal's Privacy and Terms.

Because we use PayPal as a merchant, credit cards and debit cards are not stored on Wild n' Krazy or Krazee Ads' servers or websites. Indeed, all credit cards and debit cards remain on PayPal servers and website after charging and processing payments.

Wild n' Krazy will use your donation at our discretion, but within our stated charitable objectives. All payments through the Website are made by credit or debit card, or via PayPal. Once you confirm to us through the Website that you wish to proceed with your donation, your transaction is then processed through our payment services provider, which is PayPal.

As a Donor, you do not need a PayPal account to make a donation, but all transactions and donations are processed through PayPal; thus, all of your debit or debit card, and personal information, are stored on PayPal servers. Wild n' Krazy does not have the ability to see your credit or debit card information.

If you become aware of fraudulent use of your card, or if it is lost or stolen, you must notify your card provider, and-or PayPal.

We do not share your personal details with any other third party.

If you make an error in your donation, please contact us within seven-days, and we will issue a full refund—no questions asked.

Your donation to Wild n' Krazy is not tax deductible.

Wild n' Krazy reserves the right to amend these Donation Payment Terms at any time.

By uploading and sharing 'Heat,' you agree agree to allow Wild n' Krazy to post and use your Heat whenever, and however, we choose without compensation to you, or anyone else.

This means, that by uploading and sharing 'Heat,' you hand Wild n' Krazy all rights of your submitted content, which means that Wild n' Krazy may use, print, share, post, or do whatever we desire with your submitted content, without approval from yourself, and without compensation to you, or anyone else. Basically, Wild n' Krazy owns all rights to submitted 'Heat' content.

By uploading and sharing 'Heat,' you also agree that your submitted content is an original idea and statement from yourself, the person who submitted the 'Heated' content.
